Pranayama is the formal practice of controlling the breath, which is the source of our "prana", or "vital life force".

Meditation is an approach to training the mind, similar to the way that fitness is an approach to training the body.

Three pranayama and three  meditation  techniques for you to practice on a daily  basis . In this session I cut the chase and show you different strategies in order for you to be able to deepen your pranayama & meditation  techniques.

 

 

60 minute live session 

 

Got an idea on how you would like to practice Meditation and Pranayama, but not sure what to do next or where to start? . Don't have enough time to sit down and quiet your mind? Many kids around you don't let you stay focus with your path of life?. Not sure where to fit pranayama & meditation in your daily and busy schedule?

How it works 

 

Sessions are held via phone or Skype . Prior to our session, you'll be sent a comprehensive questionnaire. Your video review will be posted to a private page where you can review it before our call. During our session you'll receive strategic recommendations and actionable plans in order for you to find that inner peace that you are looking for .

Investment: $250 initial session

(includes video & online material, sent to your email. as well as recommended reading list  ).
Session packages available for ongoing support after initial session is completed.
