All my life I’ve had a passion for yoga that has taken  me to places that I’d never dreamed I’d visit. I’ve traveled to Peru,India, Nepal, Cambodia, Thailand, Costa Rica, USA, Spain, Italy, Germany to learn from the traditions of yoga to the scientific aspects of it, the why's in my mind, the curiosity and the passion for human anatomy, the biomechanics of the movement and the tensengrity of the body, as well as the yoga sutras of Pantajali, Bandhas, Mudras, constantly keep wondering in mind, urging it to be discovered
